pcostanza, did you happen to post the logs and I missed them? I don't remember the thread, so please let me know if I had missed them..

Also, scb147, are there any changes in the skin that you are aware of?

At first glance it is telling me you don't have the skin files...
Do you have this file?

No sir, I do not have the skin.xml file? I've reinstalled the CS twice but anyway, I copied it over from my other system but it crashes upon starting PVRX2. The screen still have the rectangle border messed up on the CS menu.
I reinstalled CS and Weather2 is now working but the border around the menu is still messed up. But, using the Menu, if I try to go into the Skin area, I get nothing but a blank blue screen there. I must have a whacky system. All other menus appear to work properly.
I'm almost there.

I had the rectangle thing for me once, I think I need to revisit it for me as well. Not sure if the default menu is a problem, but once applying a new theme, all seemed to go well. Do you have a log file in your..

D:\Program Files (x86)\Devnz\GBPVR\skin2\Community-WS\
folder. This will tell me what the installer did hopefully.

Sorry, I see no logs there in either a log directory or hanging around loose. Looking in the system that's working I don't see one there either.

I can't reproduce the problem you are having with the config crashing. Can you post the error that appears when it happens?

Oh, and the installer for V1.0.0.0 was garbage, so I'm not surprised the uninstaller didn't work either...

I had a similar problem to pcostanza in that I selected metric first before I did anything else & it threw an error message, it also did it again when I forgot to create a profile first before I selected an other options.

I had no problems when I went through it in a logical sequence by creating a profile then selecting location & then selecting the other options.

But (yeah that blasted but <grin>) I have "0 Day Forecast" under the forecast menu item?

BTW it is working fine on my NMT (apart from the 0 days forecast)

What OS are you running again?

I'm not sure why your MaxForecastDays is getting 0. I have it set to 5 as the default everywhere, so I have no idea why you are getting 0. I'll look some more, but I'm stumped on why this is happening for you.

And, on first run of config after install, a default profile is created, and named "default0". You can rename that to whatever you want...

Sorry, it's no longer crashing. After Fatman_Do set me straight with part of the skin problem, Weather2 works fine. Now my problem is I can't use the Skin menu and all the menu borders are off.
Your plugin works great now and always did with the default blue skin as well.
I think we're almost there.
I'm running W7 x64.
