Nothing seems to be working...

Hello to all...

I am quite new to the world of PVR, just've bought a Hauppauge WinTV PVR-250 a week ago. WinTV2000 works OK, but GBPVR looks much more promising...
So I read through all relevant pages in Wiki, and succeeded to set up most of the plugins, but... Live TV, Weather and Comics seems to be not wanting to work, though I think the I set them up properly (at least the plugins for sure)
Everything else is fine, Program Guide (and XMLTV), DVD, Netradio, Picture Library, Jukebox, Video Library works.

I attach the error texts... (I searched hcwIRblast.dll on the whole net and nothing)
Please someone, help me...

Update: Live TV works, if I turn Live Preview Off, so only Live Preview does not work...

The comics plugin doesn't work anymore due to a change of server and (more important) a change of format. However most of the comics can be viewed with the RssReader plugin. Copy newsfeeds_comics.xml (in the plugin-directory) to newsfeeds.xml and you should be able to see the Comics.

I guess some similar could be with the weather, as the plugin itself works, only it can not fetch the data...

The hcwIRblast.dll error is because you've configured the capture source to tell it to control an external set top box using the "Hauppauge IR Blaster" Channel Changer. This probably isn't what you intended, so just set the Channel Changer to "None".

Thanks, that works for me Also changing the channels is much faster in this Live Preview mode...
I only miss one thing, that during live TV i could press "Record" and the show would be quick recorded...
Or is it there, and I am lame again?....

No, this isn't available.

If you press 'pause' then it'll enter timeshift mode where you can then use the 'record' button.
