I signed up for a Schedules Direct account and am trying to download listings to GBPVR, but when I try to update the EPG I get a really big error message that doesn't make much sense to me. The only posts I have been able to find about schedulesdirect on GBPVR's forums and schedulesdirect's forums don't seem to be much help.

I have attached a screenshot of the error. If anyone could help I would appreciate it.

This error is usual caused by not adding a lineup on your Schedules Direct account. Log into you account via the website and verify that you have added a lineup.

Awesome that got me through the EPG download, but I'm still getting no data when I open up the TV guide. Everything just says No Show Details for everything.

Sigh. This all used to be so easy when Zap2it was free. My life has been a living hell since that got discontinued.

P.S. - I have restarted the recording service, updated EPG through the config AND through PVRX2, even rebooted my computer and it's still doing the same thing.

You'll need to open Config and set the log level to "Debug". Then edit a capture source and hit "Update EPG". When it's done, exit Config, start PVRx2 and view the TV Guide. Then post another set of logs.

I've attached the new set of logs.

Incidentally, when I go to close PVRX2 now, I get a crash error from Windows. I forgot to mention that before. Not sure if it shows up in the logs, but I thought it might be relevant.

I didn't see in the logs where an EPG update was performed. Could you do that again an post the config.exe.log and config.exe-native.log?

I'm not sure about the error that's thrown by PVRx2 when exiting. I've never seen that particular error before but someone else may know.

Ok I have attached 2 screenshots in addition to the log you requested. The first is the EPG update running, the second is the tvguide within PVRX2 afterwards. Maybe I'm updating the EPG wrong but this is how I have always done it before. I even tried updating the EPG from within PVRX2 in the system section. That didn't work either. Sad

P.S. Sorry it embedded these huge images in the post... I'm not sure how to disable that >.<

Anyone have any ideas what I'm doing wrong? Schedulesdirect specifically says on their website they don't support the third party applications so I have a feeling they wouldn't be able to help me...

If I won't be able to make that one work does anyone have a better way for me to get the EPG listings? I have been using an MSN scraper for the last year or so but it stopped downloading the listings recently and I can't fix it. If someone has an alternate XML scraper that is easy to use I would definitely be willing to do that instead of using schedulesdirect...
