channel 'one' (brisbane) lacks video

Live TV on channel 'one' lacks video, but audio comes through fine. Pausing and unpausing it fixes the problem (gets it into timeshifting mode).
All other channels work fine with the live tv function.
This happened before and after the saf codec pack was installed.

It looks like your channel mapping for One has the wrong video PID, so you'll need to rescan and remap that channel (maybe setting it to 'none' as an intermediate step).

Done that but it doesnt seem to have changed. Even the Config program preview on the right side freezes the picture when selecting this channel.
I deleted the scan cache also to be sure.
Attached is the log from scanchannelsBDA for my location in case that helps.

Post the GB-PVR logs again and I'll check the video pid again. It was definitely wrong in your last logs.

I can see in that log that it's still not mapped correctly.

Maybe try deleting the capture source then recreate it.

No change. I did have to try scanning the channels a couple of times before they all got detected (deleted the scan cache inbetween). Signal strength does seem to be good.
The behaviour (scan problems) seems new since installing 1.4.7 but I have also installed the latest tuner driver also.
Can you tell me the correct settings from the scanchannelsBDA.log so I could enter them in manually?

Unfortunately I cant see an obvious cause in the log.

To get it resolved, you might need to set your multiplexer to 'full ts', then do a one minue recording, then upload the file to somewhere I can download it from. I can then run it up in the debugger to see whats happening.
