Pal channel in a secam Country

I leave in France a secam country,

I dont know how to define a Pal Channel on the tuner of my Hauppauge Win PVR USB 2.

You could try adding a seconds capture source definition for your PVR USB2, and just select the appropriate country and tuning type etc.

I'm not sure whether the tuner in your PVR USB2 is secam only, in which case it wouldn't be able to lock on to a pal channel. That said, I suspect its a multi-standard PAL/SECAM tuner.
