Error "Failed to communicate with Recording Service"

Need Help: When I click on Live TV I get the message "Failed to communicate with Recording Service" and do not know what to do. Everything had been working fine til that point,

Email your logs to me at support@devnz.com and I'll take a look. It usually means you've misconfigured you capture card or something similar.

What type of capture device do you have.

Is that the msg you get while recording?

ensure you dont have a software firewall running. I had this problem.
