Sorry I found a major issue with my last version. :o

If you use ctrl-R to delete items from your queue, it actually deletes the wrong item. Unfortunately I found this the hard way. So please upgrade ASAP.

Is there an alternative to ESC to get out of the movie list I seem to get stuck there and can pnly get out using task manager.

Did you try to map a remote key to {alt}{f4}?

Trying to run in Windows 7 and it just crashes. Do you know if it runs in Win7?

alt-F4 closes the program, esc only brings you back to the main menu. I set it up that way because in the early goings people were accidentally closing the program while trying to return to the main menu. So esc won't close the main program. Hope this helps.

I have win xp, so i haven't tested it with Windows 7. Win 7 won't work with my configuration. some quick questions, though to see if I can help:

1) Do you have the latest version of my program, do you have all 10 files in the directory?
2) Does it do anything before crashing, or does it crash immediately?
3) Are you at least seeing the login screen asking you to give my program permission to access your files?

Hey rict, try this file. I have been working on a newer version and this may solve your problem.

I found some memory leaks and little errors in the program and this beta fixes most of these problems. try it and let me know if this works. It'd be great if this works with windows 7 too.

A separate program has been included which will manage the database, you can call the file "Netflix TX Database Build.exe" from your update EPG.bat file and it will update the database at night.

I have still to get this to work right. I suppose if I last updated the DB at 1:50am before my EPG update at 2am X-days ago it should work with the updateepg.bat, but I haven't so it is still updating when I am using it during the day. Is there something I can tweak so it will do it at a time I want? Maybe a using windows scheduler or can the databasebuild.log time be tweaked to do this?

Oh, and I wanted to show you what divx has been up to. Check out the netflix UI for connected http://labs.divx.com/connected/plugins
I had connected running with the netflix ui, it was kinda clunky at the login, but fun to use after that. I had to uninstall it though because my machine would not go into standby with the two services that run with it.

Working better. I tried the new file and got to a screen that should have listed my queue, but was blank and no keys worked. I deleted the entire contents of the application folder and 're-installed' and then un-zipped the updated file again. Ran program and was prompted to log in and link the account. After responding it started to download the movie info. When that completed, I was left at the same black screen with the word "Rated" and the top and then "Starring", Director", "Genres", "Rating", "Length", "Year Released". No movie info is displayed and no keyboard functions seem to work. This was further than I had gotten before.

Edit - Found Databasebuild log was showing no success in building db. Edited my firewall / web filter to allow unfiltered access to the NetFlix site. Downloading files now, with over 4 hours left. Will update once complete.
