Need to Flush Virtual Store in Windows 7

I've noticed that when I go into CONFIG and change the default skin to be Community rather than Blue, PVRX2 still uses the old definition of which skin to use. I need to go in and delete the config.xml file from the Windows Virtual Store to get the newly chosen skin to take effect.

Is this something that should be added to CONFIG so changes made within CONFIG actually show up when we subsequently run PVRX2?

The problem is with CS not GB-PVR, it isn't compatible with Windows 7 or Vista. If you change the properties on the GB-PVR folder to be r/w for all users you should be ok.

Since you are moving the data files, can you please make it configurable where you put it?

I have established a small data partition on my computer for things like the EPG (xmltv.xml) and other files that tend to get very fragmented when they are on the C: drive. I do a regular defragment on this small data partition so they never get anywhere near as fragmented as they were getting on the c: drive.
