HVR1600 can't scan any channel in Win7

Hi Sub,

I just upgrade to Windows 7 and install 1.4.7 GBPVR. Everything is fine except that I can't get any channel scan with the HVR1600 OTA channels. I try it with the MCE, and it recognizes all the local channels so the driver for the device works.

I am attached the logs to see if any errors can be found and corrected.

The app is unable to start the device, so no data is ever delivered to GB-PVR for scanning.

This issue seems very similar to what I am seeing. Here is the thread:

If you are using the MS DTV-DVD video decoder, you might want to try a different one. Changing the video decoder helped resolve a similar issue I was having during the scan.
