transcode from file.ts to file.mpeg in parallelproocessing

hi,
can perform transcoding from file.ts to file.mpeg with mencoder using the correct command line in parallelprocessing.bat, so as to obtain real time?
If so, what is the command for mencoder?

probably easier to just use ffmpeg that's included..

"third party\ffmpeg\ffmpeg.exe" -y -i %1 -vcodec copy -acodec copy -f vob "%~dpn1.mpg"

just don't try it with video that's h264 inside a .ts.. [must be mpeg2video]
and i don't think it'll work in parallel, but in post no problem and it's fast..

tried parallel with mencoder and it also doesn't copy anything that isn't recorded at the time i'ts run..
[so it doesn't wait and transcode as more data comes in, it just stops]
so post proc is only option..

but good thing is, you can start watching before it's finished..so it's available to play as soon as it starts transcoding..

In fact, with this command transcoding is much faster.
I just have to see if it is possible to edit the file.mpg obtained.
