I am trying to record HD programming. During live TV pause, etc. everything works fine and the files are saved as DVR-MS files. When I try to record HD programming using the "record" option on the PVRX2 the HD recordings are recorded in MPEG format and when I try to watch them it is nothing but a snowy picture with static for sound. I can watch the HD channels in LIVE TV without any problems.

I am running the latest version of GBPVR on Windows XP with an AverMedia M780 dual tuner card. In the Misc2 tab I have the BDA Multi-plexer set to Microsoft DVR-MS.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!!

If you're getting snow, then its an analog recording. My guess is that these channels are also enabled on your analog capture sources, and those are being chosen for the recording.
