Zero Byte Recording

Had a zero byte clear QAM recording with an error in the logs (snippet attached). Could use some interpretation of the error message. I've had a previous problem with this tuner (Avermedia Duet) becoming "unavailable" so I'm wondering if this is the same thing.

It was unable to find the tuner's filters (drivers) at the time it needed to record. ie, either the tuner wasnt installed, or the driver had previously crashed.

Thanks. Now to figure out why. I think I have the latest drivers. Shoulda gotten a 2250, right?
