PVRX2 Hang When Starting to Play a Recording

I've been having an occasional problem with PVRX2 hanging when playback of a recording is initiated. Seems to not be related to location of file (GBPVR box or networked video library) or type of file (GBPVR TS mux or dvr-ms or ATI mux). Logs snippets of the latest (playback from the video library of a networked file) attached.

Have you tried other decoders to see if it helps?

It's happened twice since I switched to Nvidia video and audio. But, it also happened with the previous MPC-HC video, IIRC. I can go back to MPC and AC3 filter and see what happens, if you think that would be worth a try. Are the Nvidia decoders just getting too old for Win7 etc? Until now, they've worked the best for me.
