Um, I *did* have them mapped to different EPG channels. The issue was that they were both "enabled".

When you later change channels, it tries to stick to that existing tuner to ensure the quickest channel change time. It'll only look for another capture sources if the existing one doesnt have the required channel.
If it is a hybrid tuner though, then it should look at the mapped channels, and if they overlap the analog tuner, then it should be smart enough to see that the user must want the other tuner (DTV) instead of the Analog.
Perhaps have a 'linked' function in the capture source area, for people with hybrid tuners to make it more obvious what is going on?
