Can Play Live Tv - Help Please

just got the program everything seems to work but LIVE TV and FM radio on the TV I get the mssg below i added a jpg to my post
can anyone please help me?

It probably means you've got you capture source set incorrectly.

Also, to use FM radio, you need to have the lame encoder installed: http://www.elecard.com/ftp/pub/directsho..._dshow.zip.
