If you want nVidia, look for some 2xx model

Thanks for all your inoputs and support, I did not get GB-PVR working with SAF so I have decided for now to go for a MPEG4 receiver with external USB disk, it seems to work fine so far.

The setup is a Denver DMB-105HD, it is nothing fancy but it can record on a USB stick which works fine and should also be able to record to a USB disk which I will check when I get one.

Total cost including 500G disk will be around 100Euro or 150$ and then the family can also use it easily.

Not yet, I will do that as soon as I have some spare time.

I still want to make it work but it appears to me to be a task that takes many hours to understand and setup correctly.

Thanks for your great support.
