No guide/no live tv

Hi, is there anyone on here that can help me get my GB-PVR up and running? As far as I know, I have it setup correctly but In can't get it to bring up the TV guide or live TV. When I click either one of those 2 functions nothing happens. All other functions seem to work fine. I will be using a Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-1600 in ATSC/clear QAM mode only. Also my channels seem to be mapped.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

If you cant get to the tv guide or live tv its usually case of not having setup up your EPG in your capture source. In the config app you should be able to see your channel list in your capture source settings (and they should be mapped and enabled).

Alternatively it could be Vista/Win7 file protection getting in the way. Try deleting the "C:\Users\<Your Acount>\AppData\Local\Virtual Store\Program Files\Devnz" directory.
