PC client 15sec. of live TV only

I wouldn't feel too stupid as having 3000 didn't stop it doing this for me!

I spoke too soon...I don't get this at all, it seems that I have to increase the delay to over 6 seconds to get stability. Both my router that the server is plugged into and the switch that the client is plugged into are gigabit, files transfer at 60+ MB/s. I've tried disabling avg on the server, removing one of the switches and new ddwrt router software. Odd thing is my nmt's are ok.
Very frustrating.....
