thats not good news for me then Sad
i can deal with having to run the bat file
but the auto skipping is no good
press play was much better reason been is comskip is often wrong
not a deal breaker

would rather the client mode was worked on first Smile

can auto-skip be disabled? either in config.xml, or does 999 still work?

This patch adds the '999' support, and makes it possible to disable this behaviour in the config.xml by specifying an <AutoSkip>false</AutoSkip> setting.

excellent, thanks sub!

edit: does the <AutoSkip> setting stand alone, or does it go in the <General> or other section?

It goes in the General section. It'll be in the master file in the next release. It defaults to 'true' if not specified.

I swapped files and added the config section set to false. Now it does not autoskip, but it also does not skip when I press play or control p. I set it to true and it skips and then 999 and it killed auto skip, but I can't manual skip. Anyone else have this problem?

Its either auto skipping or entirely ignoring the comskip files. There is no equivalent in NPVR of what you describe. I didnt think anybody used that feature in GBPVR.

If you bump the thread tomorrow though, I'll provide a patch which adds the 'play' to skip manual style skipping.
