Sub, HKLM\Software\NPVR does not exist.
I do see HKCU\Software\NPVR but no InstallDirectory setting.

On x64 machine its probably HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\NPVR.

The message box is no longer there but it does not execute NextPVR.exe

It looks like it should be correct.

I've added the message box back in, what does it say?

it still says C:\Program Files\NPVR\NextPVR.exe
