You definitely updated NShared.DLL?

If so, it should be finding HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\NPVR\InstallDirectory as the base part of that filename.

I double checked. it is the new one and it shows the wrong path.
also, The right click process seems to drag for a second or two before displaying the context menu, as does executing the ntray.exe. Maybe it's not pulling the values?

Its definitely working for me on my Windows x64 machine.

Do you have a HKLM\Software\NPVR key? If so, does deleting it fix it? ie, so there is only a HKLM\Software\NPVR\Wow6432Node.

I deleted both files, all copies of the zip file I downloaded and re-downloaded the patch - re applied. Still the same (wrong) path in dialog box. Still the same lag as well.
