Playback-- no mouse!, can't pause,skip, stop via mouse

moving mouse shows the time-line, description, and the "back", rewind" "ffwd", "pause" "play" and "stop". However that's it. Must use keyboard to exit.

Was running v1.3.11, installed V1.4.7 no change. Was fine till just recently.
Windows XP mediacenter 2002, SP3 latest updates.

Can't play Live TV because no tuners currently active (comcast digital migration) so can't say if it works there.

Only errors pertain to :
ERROR [1] Unable to find requested skin image: _TaskImages\TV Guide.png
....
WARNING [1] requested skin file not found: C:\Program Files\Devnz\GBPVR\skin2\blue\Video Library\mmc.xml

and
ERROR [1] Unable to find brush node: /settings/NamedColors/NamedColor[@name="TimelineIgnoredAd"]

and I'm using the default Blue Skin.

When I had that problem in the past I found that changing to a different video decoder on the "Playack" tab in config fixed it for me.

Thanks. Actually I had to change the Video RENDERER, everything else stayed the same and it is back to Great!BPVR. !!!
