recording service crash

Got this in the system logs:
The NPVR Recording Service service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s).

At around the same time I was trying to set a program to record in NEWA. I also got a message on the screen at the same time that a crash dump was being generated in /temp. I assume that was from the recording service crash so I've attached it along with logs.

OK... guess I don't need to post any logs about recording service crashes then...

I did take a look at the dump at the time, but couldnt see the cause. I thought I'd actually replied to indicate that, but obviously not. I must have got busy with other stuff and forgot to reply.

Sub, I was able to re-create it again. I had a recording scheduled already on the first HDHR tuner. Then I went into NEWA and started a second recording on another channel on the second HDHR tuner. Waited a few minutes, then went back into NEWA and canceled the recording. It caused the recording service to crash and left another crash dump. Another strange thing... The epsiode search tab is now absent from NEWA and will not reappear until I restart the recording service, and I can't start or delete any recordings in NEWA until the recording service is restarted.

I also noticed that if I cancel the recording in the TV guide it leaves the recording file there, while if I cancel the recording in NEWA the recording and the directory that was created for it is removed. I verified it existed while the recording was in progress and the file was growing in size, so I know it was there until I canceled the recording.
