Problems with HP USB Tuner

Hi, I'm having a problem getting HP USB Tuner to work with GB-PVR. This device is the same as the Haupaugge HVR-950Q but rebranded.
I installed gb-pvr 1.4.7 on my Windows XP SP3 PC. I tried selecting Haupaugge HVR-950Q from the list but it still doesn't work for me. When I am in the config window, I select the HVR-950Q, click on Map Digital Channels....., then an error pops up, GB-PVR was unable to start the BDA Device you have configured.
I've attached the filtercheck.log file, let me know what else you need.

Try the newer NPVR application, which replaces GBPVR.

Hi Sub, its working now. I was able to scan some channels but no picture would appear. I then realized I need some decoders. Is there a download location for the decoders? I'm only interested in digital channels, no analog. I do occasionally get crash dump errors.
