How much hassle is it to support other languages? This isn't a big deal, but here in Scotland, we get a few programmes a week in gaelic and some of them don't render properly in the EPG, eg "Dè a-nis?" and "Eòrpa" which both show up with little squares where the accented characters should be.

The changes to support Czech were general 'characterset handling' changes, and I'm fairly sure they'll also resolve your problem.

Sorry, there will no further updates to GB-PVR. I rebuilt my machine earlier this year and changed compilers etc at that time, and no longer have an environment I can update GB-PVR. I did fix this problem in NPVR though.

I've just added ISO6937 text support, which I'm fairly sure is what they're using in czech streams. If you post the question in the NPVR forum, I'll post a patch for you to try.

I created a PostUdateEPG.bat for Czech EPG Broadcast. It use sqlite3.exe for dump PROGRAMME table from gbpvr.db3, encoding from ISO6937 to ASCII and then read the table back to gbpvr.db3. It works good, but direct Czech support will be better.

Ahoj, v jakém sw konvertuješ ISO6937 do ASCII? Dump db mám ale zkoušel jsem iconv a ten zda se si s tím neporadí.
