I installed a fresh gb-pvr 92.11 and the latest XRecord yesterday (win2k box) and I can't set up a seasons recording for "Les experts: Manhattan" (CSI:NY in French, I'm in Belgium btw).

I can set it up manually, but if I try to record the whole series (with either XRecord or TV Guide) it appears under reoccuring but not pending.

I read an old thread about a similar problem with ":" in the title but that was from aug 2004 and Jorm mentionned it would be fixed so I'm thinking this is something else (I also tried changing Mixedmode value to true in the XRecord skin to no avail).

Of course I had everything working on my previous install (23.13) Smile so any pointers would be helpful.

you scheduled it with the tv guide. And are trying to look in xrecord reoccurring to see it. It should appear. I can try to repro it here. If you use the scheduler in xrecord (CDK scheduler) it will only appear after the updateepg or until you run it hit the stop button and hit runcdk if that is the case.

The old issue with the : was not preventing it from appearing so I am not exactly sure why. It should just read the database and show them.

Mixed mode has to do with showing 3 shows on a page with a description instead of the longer list.

I hope that helps. Please let me know. Also does it appear in the original recordings?

I tried scheduling through tv guide and fastfind under xrecord. Neither worked for this series only, but no problems for other ones.

I also tried deleting all programmed recordings and then emptying the epg from gbpvr options. the series still appeared in the epg even though it wasny set to record and the rest of the epg had been emptied. Still not better after updating the epg again. I guess I'll see if this occurs next week.

thanks for the info about the things I thought might be relevant

by CDK scheduler do you mean the "scheduler" button in xrecord ?
