I got the following message when I tried to turn off import: Error: import=off does not exist. Aborting procedure
I had the command import=off in my command line between the the directory/vidimport.exe and the directory with the recordings.

Hi. I am trying to import tv episodes, but my filenames do not automatically have the season-episode syntax available. I can construct a filename like "Supernatural.Clap Your Hands If You Believe", which successfully locates the episode when I use it as a direct search on IMDB. However, using the same syntax in vidimport produces no result. Is there some way that I can combine series and episode titles to successfully return a result?

It would have to be in conjunction with a command line switch - since that syntax could easily be a movie as well so it would need to know to treat everything being imported as a TV show.

Try the latest from the wiki - using the additional command line parm "seriesOnly"

Try the latest on the wiki - it was in theTVDb.com as "Clap Your Hands If You Believe..." and it did not have good error trapping. Of course my test did not have issues with being found so it worked fine. I now do a second search removing all non-alpha characters and it matches fine.
