Hi DH,

Has something changed on netflix? Status Dialog box is hanging on step 1 of 2 trying to load My Queue.

I get the same thing but reinstalling the program seems to fix it. at least for a while. I using the short version.

Are there any non jpg files in your movieinfo folder? This is where error reports go if the program fails before it can copy them over.

Also, try resetting your modem/router and reboot your computer. Let me know if you get any additional info for me.

Reset cable modem and router to no avail. only other file in movieinfo folder is "ParsedHttp.tmp" file. No contents opening it with notepad. Tried deleting and restarting app, still hangs and recreates the same file. Dot net broke you think?

Any chance your cookie got deleted? Can you go to http://www.netflix.com?

Yeah, I tried both with IE and Firefox. Good there. I changed .ini to 0 days and ran DB Builder... still same issue... I am really scratching my head what happened? Try fresh Install you think?

Yeah, try a fresh install. If it doesn't work then I'll get into serious debugging mode.
