Sorry if this is documented elsewhere but

being a tvsource/mediacentre user, can someone inform me as to where acamd resides within npvr?

Basically, when you go into a device's settings, and set the "CI / CAM" setting to "Multidec", and the instances to "1", then it'll create directory (with the device's name) in "C:\Users\Public\NPVR\MDPlugins". You need to put you multidec plugin and it's configuration in this directory.
