well the video does play better but I'm still getting the same scrapping errors, also I did a dbase update by changing the ini file so it updates daily and it tried to rescrape every video again, which hung eventually like it normally does. I was unsure if it was suppose to do a full update again since I figured it would just dl the new videos.

oh ya changing the ie privacy settings made no difference

In your ini file, make sure "Update Stars=False". If this is equal to true it will redownload all of the movies, not just the new ones. Also, I found an error in the database builder, did you upgrade to 2.9.0.1?

Once I hear back, I'll send you a test version. Maybe I'll just build you a personal copy that stores your login info and re-logs you in when your cookie expires. I know this has to be frustrating, it is for me Smile

I didn't notice 2.9.0.1 was out, I'll try it now.
I accidently deleted my ini file while upgrading to 2.9.0.1 so I'm not sure if update stars was false or not, I don't think I ever changed that setting though

Most of the time the cookie is still there and works fine in the website but the database build can't find the cookie anymore or something, requiring a new cookie by logging in/oiut. If it retries many times or magic voodoo happens eventually the cookie get messed up or something that requires it to be manually deleted.

Try the attached file and send me the logs, this should help me diagnose the issue.

Netflix changed their site AGAIN. Use the database builder from Post #773 (just above). That should fix it.
