Two years? We're talking about nPVR here, not GBPVR, which didn't have these problems.

50-60% on MPEG-2? Then you did something wrong...

Yep, it worked both with gbpvr and later npvr.

Well try for yourself without dxva and a slow cpu....

Tested on Atom 330 - this stupid integrated intel GPU doesnot support NV12, so YUY2 is in use - CPU usage 6-13%. Under GB-PVR FSE is a little more. Source video is SD PAL MPEG-2 - interlaced.

So what? This quarreling leads nowhere, what I'm saying is a fact.

? You wrote that playing MPEG-2 eat 50-60% of CPU usage when using VMR9. I post screenshot as an proof it is not true.

Atom is slow, FFDShow doesn't support DxVA for MPEG-2 and CPU usage is 6-13% while MPEG-2 PAL playback.

I would not call an Atom 330 very slow Rolleyes. It is obvious to me that you don't want to beleive what I'm saying, and there's nothing I can do about that. But you might as well have the last word, it seems to be important. I coulfn't care less.
