Any chance of changing the font that is used when Xrecord is not set to advanced? Somewhere along the line it was changed and current releases are very hard to read on the TV screen.

should be in the screen I will figure out its name and post it. If you find a better font I will change it in the package.

Hi,

It would seem sometimes i loose the `recordings info` in the X-Record window, the files do do exist on the h/drive,i can view the files using the `Video Library` ,i was wondering if it was possible to edit the gbpvr.mdb and put em back in,so they appear again via the X-Record window>?

Does X-Record get the list of recordings availiable in gbpvr.mdb (RECORDING_SCHEDULE)??

Sorry if this has been asked before, just trying to get my head around editing the mdb file. Rolleyes

TIA

it gets it from the database. Open up config -> plugins->xrecord settings and select merge videos

That way if the file is there in the directory it will also appear, it first looks in the db and then in the directories.

Does that help?

if you do an export in xrecord you will see all of the data as well even if your database is destroyed.

Well I've been getting everything I like so far so I'll be greedy and ask for more. Enjoy mixed mode and would like to be able to have it applied by default to all directories. I really like the layout or it. It's nice to be able to see the descrition without having to go the sub menu. Also noticed that shows with a ":" in their name fail. Something like CSI : New York, will not allow mixed mode. Would really like to be able to apply it to all by default though.

Second request, if a recording is selected, it would be nice to just press the play button rather than pressing enter and then selecting play from the list, lower priority than my first request though.

Also wondering how conflicts work. Is their a way to resolve them from the conflicts screen? Ideally be able to select which recording to cancel rather than searching for it in the pending and ceacelling from there.

Thanks for your work.

As long as the request is easy and useful I have no problems doing it. The first request I will look at tomorrow should be easy.

The second I thought I had already put that in. Please try it and let me know.

Conflicts should be able to be cancelled on the conflict screen. Acctually I have never had a conflict so dont even know what it looks like. I need to take a look at it.
