Can you find the key (gbpvr install dir or npvr installd dir) in regedit and put the path and its value here? And are you running both on the same machine at the same time? You may need to manually specify the sql path.

If there is no issue there perhaps it is permissions (less likely under XP)

Yes, I am running both GBPVR and NPVR on the same machine at the same time. Perhaps I'm having an issue with two different version of sqllite 1.0.65.0 (for npvr) and 1.0.31.0 (for gbpvr)

Also, still using the old GBPVR 1.2.9 and NPVR 2.0.3 on winxp

Actually I realize it is something different it is always running now in NPVR mode and as such needs an extra table and trigger in your databse - did you run once with the create trigger option? Otherwise the recorded event table won't exist and it will be cause your issue (suppose I should trap that error).
