Hey DH,
I got this error when I picked up on where I left off on a series. I started 5, then realized I already seen 5 so I tried to skip to 6, instead it went back to 4 but the info screen said 6, skipped ahead again but it went to 5 but the info screen said 7, skipped ahead again info screen said 8 netflix said it was still 4 or 5 (cant remember now).
This was in 4x3 fit screen if that makes a difference.

Can you tell me what movie it was also? Netflix added a subtitles button that might be messing up my mouse positioning and having the movie name will save me time looking for one wiht the buttons different.
Thanks,
DH

"Crusade in the Pacific" 1951. Also when I use info screen it gives me the details for 9, but I am up to 14 now tonight (real short episodes).
EDIT: Another thing of interest maybe... I just started up the app again and it started up at episode 9, and like I said I was beyond that. Issues with 2 digit episodes or something?
Edit again: I think now its because I am using my mouse to skip ahead to the next one.
And I know your gonna ask... 1920x1080 resolution

Hey Snooze, I lost my hard drive yesterday with the latest verison of my program on it, so it might be a bit before I get to this. Luckily I only lost one version worth of data.

I have been a long time user of Netflix Viewer TX. Unfortunately, for the last month, I have been unable to open the program because at Step 2/2 (collecting info on queue), it loops. As one status bar completes the same step re-opens
I have tried deleting the netflix folder, cleared all internet temp files, updates silverlight and windows. I would be grateful for any recommendations
I am running
Windows 7 (up-to-date)
I have fully updated 3.5 and 4.0 .net
The computer runs SageTV v6
Please let me know if I can post any logs or anything to help
Edit: I was using the latest viewers, as they were being released. Now using 2.9.4
N/M I fixed it.
My solution in case others have the same problem:
I deleted everything in C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local That had netflix in the name. There were multiple sub-directories under 'Home' and 'DHBG256'
I also deleted C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\SageTV\SageTV\Netflix
I'm not sure which one caused the error, but it works now
Nice work! That will be on DH's help for win7 list im sure as I believe he still uses XP for development. He is down right now recovering from a NFG hard drive. Im glad you got yourself up and running so quickly and thanks for reporting back the fix!
