WinTV-HVR-1600

I have a WinTV-HVR-1600. and set everything hooked up and configured correctly. When I try to view "Live TV" the software says "Please Wait" as of now its been on this for 10min.

My setup is a P4 3.0 GHz with XP Pro SP3 and 1gb of Ram.

These logs look really strange. I can see a big delay happening between two NPVR log messages, but there is no NPVR code in between those two point - just a request for the device to start. Does the device do the same in the Hauppauge WinTV software?

I turned off my AVG software and did a reboot and reinstalled the GB-PVR software. No change. I still get the error messages.
