Win7 issues with latest NPVR

Before I go into detail, I'm certain I'll be asked to zip up & post some files. Only I need to know today is which files/folder/directory do I need to zip for a new Win7 installation. Once some helpful person tells me that, I can then post a meaningful query about my problems getting NPVR to record.

The error message "Access to C:\ProgramData\NPVR\config.xml is denied" is part of the mystery!..

Well, it's a mystery to me. :confused:

There should be no file belonging to npvr in that directory, on Vista/W7 the datafiles reside in C:\Users\Public\NPVR. Logs is found in the Logs subdir and the files of interest is NPVR.log and Nrecord.log.
