I'd say every 3rd or 4th recording ends up sorta garbled (looks similiar to when satellite signal gets blocked by snow and the picture continues but it's blocky). I'm not sure if it's a software or hardware issue. I guess I should try capturing some stuff with virtualdub to make sure.
