mvallevand Wrote:BrettB do you have some newer logs? There were quite a few change in both mvpmcx2 and NPVR since then in dealing with this.
Here you go. I went into mvpmcx2/NPVR, played a little of Law & Order: LA, did a skip forward (so it also shows the problem with the timeline display), stopped the playing, the recordings screen doesn't show the watched indicator, went back to the main menu, went back into the recordings screen, and the watched indicator is now displayed.
That unitialized crap in the OSD timeline has been there from the beginning of NPVR
Sub I can duplicate this now too. First I set a video unwatched and let it play until the screen saver would have come on (mine is one minute) When I stop I immediately get 3 screen full draws and no green bar. If I stop with less than one minute of playing I get the green bar.

Yes it is still a problem with 2.1.5.
At the end of the attached mvp.log, you can see where I played a Big Brother recording twice. The first time, I just started it playing for a few seconds and then stopped it. As Martin observed, in this case, the green bar watched indicator does immediately get displayed. However, the second time, I simulated a more normal situation where I skipped forward a few times, and then let the recording play through to the end. When it went back to the recordings list, the green watched indicator was not displayed. I then went back to the main menu and then went right back into the recordings screen. Now the green bar is displayed.
