Just did a first time setup with latest maint release.
Using a Nova-t 909 and xmltv
When I hit Map digital button, I get a dialog box for my config directory

Dialog box freezes and never releases (rebooted, killed it, etc).
1. Is there a way of providing that manually in the xml file and avoiding the dialog box?
2. What is it?

Are you running the BDA drivers? If so, what version?

A couple of people got this a long time ago, but I havn't heard about it any time recently.

Sorry, I dont know. I've never used one of these devices. Hopefully one of the Nova-T owners can help you through it.

BTW this dialog box is not generated by GB-PVR. Only a few people have reported seeing it, and they've all been Nova-T owners. Wierd huh?

Nope they are not the BDA drivers you need to visit http://www.technotrend.de/english/downlo...nload.html to download the BDA drivers. Unless you have the nova-t 90002 although it states 909 on the box, the simple way to find out is if your card ahs two areial slots its a 90002 and ignore the link above, if it has one its a 909 and you need to get the drivers I listed.

Thanks for the tip.
Like you said, it says 909 on the box, but has two ariels - so it is probably the older 90002 model (although just bought). Also, I tried the Technotred drivers and it didn't recognize the card.
So I remain with the Hauppauge drivers
Any ideas?

The two aerial one is the 90002 which is newer than the 909, the technotrend drivers will not work.

Aren't Hauppauge wonderful with their driver downloads pages? Let's play 'Hunt the latest driver'!!! OK, sorry (sarcasm mode off).

Can't remember the exact link but go to the Hauppauge UK site at http://www.hauppauge.co.uk click on 'Forum' then find the 'Digital Terrestrial' forum. There's a sticky posting there with a link to the v2.0 drivers.

Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Brian
