Twice now, I have noticed that the tray icon is stuck on red.
Status shows recording a show, long since finished.
The log is FULL of "Got 12 epg events" messages, basically forever.
Restarting the recording service seems OK, and it looks like it is recording other shows as well, even while stuck (other tuner).

Not-very-useful logs attached.

Ah.
I see 2.1.5 has this fix:
Quote:2.1.5
- fixed a recording issue that could cause recordings that wouldnt stop (on multi-tuner, back-to-back recording).

I will try this first!

No repeat of the problem after installing 2.1.5.

However, I am drowning in the "Got 12 epg events" messages.
All four nrecord.log log files are full of these messages, such that the oldest log file is about 12 hours ago.
Is there any way to stop these messages?

This patch should remove that message.

Umm. I'm afraid not. Sad

I stopped everything, especially the recording service, unzipped the file into the program directory, and restarted. I even rebooted.

I am still getting enormous numbers of these messages.

Can you zip and attach one of the logs so I can see the exact messages?

Hmm, I checked the code, and that message is definitely commented out. I've must have done something wrong building. I'll try rebuilding it later and repost.

I just downloaded the original logs and they still look like they really are the original logs from the 11/12th.

Yes, they are - but they have the same messages.
