I am living in Canada and using Zap2it to get channel listing. In my Zap2it profile, I have all channels 1,2,3,4.......
However, after EPG Update in GB-PVR, lots of my channels are missing. It jump from 1, 5,10,11,12,13,17,19,26.... and a lot more are missing.
No change after multiple updates for a week.
Also no change after reinstalling GB-PVR.

Any help?

Thanks!

If you've got missing channels, then zap2it isnt supplying them.

Double check your lineup at http://labs.zap2it.com

my profile in http://labs.zap2it.com does have these channels listed and enabled. GB-PVR just not getting it, the missing channels includes the common CNN.

I'm in Arizona and have had similar problems updating the Zap2it EPG since about 06/12/05. I've been getting erroneously high channel assignments for much of my basic cable lineup (i.e. my ABC-Family listing changed from channel 15 to channel 117...which doesn't exist on my service).

I expect it's a problem at Zap2it since I've deleted and re-added my capture device and also re-installed GB-PVR once. Even so, everything looks correct at the Zap2it labs linup config webpage.

My work around is to manually map ABC-Family back to channel 15 in the GB-PVR config app. It's alot of work to fix the whole line-up though.

I have had a similair thing happen just recently. I think what happens is that as cable companies add digitial versions of the analog stations these get assigned to the high channel numbers and zap2it and/or GBPVR gets confused as to which version to use (the analog channel or the digital channel). I also went in and manully remapped things, although I had to resort to poking directly into the database to get it to work.
