Here's a complete set of client/server logs, plus the stream log. I changed channels on a client via the pop-up guide, I could hear a 1/2 second of the other channel and then the picture froze.
I was able to hit Stop, then LiveTV, and it came right back - and on the new channel I had selected. This has happened twice in as many days. It's been much more stable with the patch mentioned above.

I used to get this occasionally in the decoder with the 1.5.6 and .7 drivers sometimes a rewind would fix it sometimes not. It seems better with the new 1.6.6 beta's but with variable output there is still an annoying problem because NPVR selects the wrong bit rate (the bit rate of the previous graph) for recording. I will double-check that. I did have them set for 1080 only, but my cable provider has a habit of unannounced firmware upgrades that might have reset it. |
