Ok, On my old HTPC XP machine at 1920x1080x32 it is tab - shift tabbing good. Its using a NVidia card with HDMI. My current HTPC machine is DVI with Fiber Audio that the tabing isnt working on. On my win7 netbook w/nvidia its at 1366x768x32 and its a whole new post (not tabbing and screen kicked to the side if not in full screen). Im not worried about the netbook so much as I never use it for it, but I should as it would make a nice client in my bedroom.

Do you mean on the movie screen is kicked off to the side? Or the main screen?

Can you send me screen shots from any of the clients not working? I need to see the episode selector buttons in the image.

Blame my eyes getting older... I solved my issues with tab/shift tab.

Old HTPC= Never had any problems.

Replacement HTPC (in signature) = My "10 foot experience" is more like 15 feet, so I had the advanced display properties set to 120 DPI instead of the default 96 DPI. Now at 96 DPI tab/shift tab is working.

Client netbook (Asus 1201PN win7-32) = Same thing... I had the Text bumped up to 125% so that changed the DPI. Returning it to 100% default fixed the Tab/Shift Tab. As for the movie screen kicking over to the side, I think it may be my problem. I think it is in the way my display is scaling. In Nvidia control panel I cant make any changes to scaling other than the setting of "built in display scaling". I bet if I could get the nvidia scaling with aspect ratio to stick it wouldnt kick it over. In full screen it displays it at 4x3 no matter what Ctrl-B selection I use but at least its centered and looks right. The funny thing is even with it kicked over the tab/shift tab works. I attached the image so you can see what its doing.

Two questions:

1. Should the App take 3 minutes to load, or do I have other problems?
2. Sporadically, After using the info screen the show pauses, do you get that? I am wondering if its LM Remote software doing it.

Glad you got it figured out, I never thought to check for dpi. That would definitely make the program not see the button.

No it should not take 3 minutes to load. I would recommend deleting the dhgb256 folder under app data and relink the program (which will refresh your API keys). If that doesn't help, let me know.

Yes it will pause the program occasionally. I send a space bar to the program on every full screen call, because for some reason, the majority of the time the program ignors the first command sent to it after going to full screen. So most of the time it works like a charm, but occasionally, it will pause the show. I'll look into a more elegant solution to this problem and see if I can solve it.

My current HTPC is working and opening fast.

Edit: The below is not happening with 2.9.9.1, but still 3 minutes to get the app open on win7 netbook and the old HTPC.

Deleting the folder and installed the 2.9.9.2 exe, I get this error on the win7 netbook and the old HTPC. It goes into a loop at the link page, so if I close it by the Red X, I get a .net error of this.

Edit: I do not have update stars enabled either.

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Yeah, don't use the 2.9.9.2 exe that I sent you, I found a major problem in it yesterday in regard to queue download and API authentication. That is what caused this error. Try deleting the dhgb256 folder and opening 2.9.9.1 and see if that helps.

Also, the program automatically tries to update your stars if any were left blank (i.e., an error occurred) after the latest update. You may need to do a database update to get the stars corrected, but use 2.9.9.1.
