Recording Service Stuck

I am having a problem with the recording service getting stuck. Everything shows that it is still recording a show that should have ended hours ago. When I try to view the file it is only about 5 seconds long. If I stop and then restart the recording service it will normally work for one or two recordings and then it will freeze again and I get another 5 second recording. The most recent instance that should show up in these logs is "Ice Age Mammoth Christmas". I have the recording still too if that is helpful.

I read through the thread above and implemented the two tweaks that they mention and so far so good. I have had multiple recordings going at the same time. So far I am having good luck. I hope it continues. I will post an update in a week or so. Thanks!

More than two weeks with no problems! Still crossing my fingers but it looks good. Thanks cncb for the tips.
