That is typical for a weak of noisy signal. And I wouldn't rule out a malfunction on the tuner card itself.

As with Reddwarf, I'm wondering if the tuner has a hardware fault. This is weird...

Not the best image but if you look closely there's a repetition of her eye.

Normally degradation of the analogue carrier would just result in the loss (or corruption) of the digital payload. Most of the faults on the main image look like corruption but I don't think I've ever seen what looks like a delayed repetition of the same data (such as her eye). Very odd.

Cheers,
Brian

Well, this occurs with both cards - as evidenced by my moving priorities around and then checking the signal. If it is hardware it would have to be both PCI slots and both cards. The only other thing I can think of is overheating.. or how much does the video card play in all of this, could it be that a Nvidia 590 does not play nice with tuners?

I would love to try a different card, by Hauppauge 2250 is the only dual card I could find, and I had no problem with signal using WinTV7 previously, but it can not support two cards, or 4 tuners, at a time.

Does anyone know of any tuner cards that have double or triple tuners? I might be willing to try a different brand of card to see if that makes a difference. This corruption is making my life so much more difficult than it needs to beSad

http://www.dvbshop.net has a variety of multituner cards, I believe some support the US standards as well.
