I tried searching for any information on this and when I did the search with m3u as the keyword it keeps coming back with no results found. Manually searching, I came across this post:

http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php...-playlists

which stated, at the time, that nPVR did not support m3u play lists, but that a patch was added to resolve this. I tried the patch listed, but since it was much older than the current EXE file it would not load. I have installed nPVR and the Final Patches (which I checked the list and saw nothing about m3u support) and when I click on m3u play lists from my network drive I get nothing. These list were created in WinAmp, but used to work on GBPVR. Is this supported like in GBPVR or am I missing something?

Thanks.

The current release should work with m3u files in the Music Library screen.

I tried making a playlist too using Winamp to get some christmas carols collected, but npvr did not play my .m3u playlist. Just silence when I tried to play it.

Post your m3u file so I can check the exact format.

Maybe .m3u needs adding to the supported file types in npvr config.

I noticed this a few days ago but havn't got round to trying myself. - I tend to use winamp mostly (R4 visualisations on plasma can't be beaten)
It's not an overly complicated system - it's more - overly simple operatives  Huh

Doesn't look so, npvr accepts .m3u files in Music, but nothing happend when you try to play it.

Here is one of my m3u files. None of my files even start playing when I press Enter on them. Nothing at the bottom indicating they even started.

I've updated the next release to support this type of m3u (no paths). Up until it only supported 'relative' and 'driveless-absolute' file paths.
