If you set HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\NPVR\RecordFullTS=1, and try again, does it produce a c:\temp\full.ts file, and does it grow?

What channels are you using? Is this Freesat UK or some other satellite service?

To be honest, I'm not really sure what's going on. It sounds like the device is delivering no data though.
