MB4 seems to be working, and you are back to the problem with taglib-sharp.dll apparently not being in with the other NPVR programs. If it is there I suspect that you have a problem with your virtual store (you might have performed some bad patching and not respected UAC)
If you don't know about UAC you probably shouldn't be installing patches. You can browse to it with my computer via my computer (I will assume Grampz is your username)
Grampz is not the computer name. I get that! There is no "Program Files (x86)" under the local appdata/account and I have never seen it before dealing with any other issues.

Was advised in the 2.3.6 thread to install the R1 update whether needed or not. Installed last week and all was well till yesterday when MB4 croaked.
You will only see this folder in you are viewing hidden and system files in explorer.
All you want to do his help you find out why NextPVR can't find the dll, based on your last logs this is not an MB4 issue. If you don't want my help let me know.
Do appreciate your help and input on this and other matters.. I am spending many hours/days on trying to get this to work.. Other things I need to pay attention to are being neglected!
I have some more info on the exception error and am able to reproduce and repair at will... This deals with Program and Features/Windows Features/Media Features. In prior MB repair efforts, I must have messed something up as the following did not help. The reinstall of MB, etc.. got it back up and running.
Media Features on, reboot, MB works
Media Features off, reboot, MB does not work
I turned off Media features so some remote commands would not start MCE, wanting for those to provide other functions. I am leaving Media Features on, and am learning IR Server Suite. So far I am unable to get that working.
