MVP Sound Issues

I am using several MVPs (with MVPCDongle) with NextPVR 2.4.3 and all recorded shows have issues with sound/voices not lining up with the video. These are all recordings from a QAM video source using a Hauppauge tuner. I have attached the config file which also includes config.xlm. Any ideas what is causing this and how I can fix?

You can't really fix it perfectly, the clear QAM broadcasts will likely be AC3 audio and the MVP cannot sync AC3 audio with mpeg video. In a PostProcessing.bat file you can trying transcoding to mpeg-2 audio which will help but since many QAM broadcasts are also HD you may also need to transcode to SD.

You config.xml is also not configured for you MVP's MAC address or for MVP playback but that won't help much, except for transcoding non mpeg files.

Ok. Should it work properly if I record the analog channels for proper playback on the MVP? Will need to see if I can get that setup.

You will have to fix config.xml but analog captures should work.
