Standalone FLV decoder

I know that ffmpeg etc will include it, but does anyone know of a single standaone FLV decoder for playing flash video files?

I'd rather not install SAF or ffmeg for decoding, they're a bit like using hammer to squash a fly.

I'm pretty sure the mpc-hc standalone codec zip has one.

I actually found a thing called FLVSplitter which seems to work.

That's the name of the one in the mpc-hc pack
